A poetic reinterpretation of historical greenhouses, Limonaia, reunites
the polyseme of “conservatory” as distinct spaces for musicians and
plants into a single place of respite. Here, the bygone era of municipal
conservatories as gathering places for communal activities revives as a
space to harbor the creations and conversations of artists contributing
to FORM. Limonaia is a collaboration between Erin Curry, Evan Galbicka,
and Senta Achée. This project was commissioned by FORM Arcosanti,
Patreon, and Pulp Arts. (statement by Erin Curry)
